Strata Catch Em All - Fresh Hop WCIPA brewed with 100% Fresh Strata from @indiehops. 6.8% ABV.
These fresh hops have evolved into one aromatic and tasty WCIPA! Only possible once a year, these super fresh Strata hops were harvested in the morning in Oregon, put on a plane, picked up and added directly into our brew THAT VERY SAME AFTERNOON! That’s a true logistical adventure! This process uses whole cone hops instead of our usual pelletized ones to boost the aroma and add some unique characteristics to our IPAs!
Our tasting room smelt like a hop field on brew day, and that’s translated into the final product! Big hop aroma, dank, oily resin and huge grapefruit notes make this fresh hop IPA a must try. There’s even a touch of berry sweetness in there for some added complexity!
