Soccer Pants - DDH Hazy DIPA with Strata, Mosaic, and Krush. 8.0% ABV.

The comfort returns! A little quicker than every 4 years, this Hazy DIPA is back just in time to kick off a whole bunch of soccer releases!

This Hazy Maestro dances on our palette with big notes of Pineapple and Berry. A strong nose-first tackle gives us a big aroma of fruity, tropical candy and citrus. Leaving us with a dangerously crushable, and delightfully comfortable Hazy DIPA.

UBE BAY

A favorite Filipino inspired beer returns for AAPI Heritage Month!

Ube Bay - Ube Ale conditioned with coconut, Vanilla & @sanandwolvesbakeshop‘s Vegan Ube Halaya - 6.0% ABV.

We reached out to the fine folks of @sanandwolvesbakeshop and got our hands on their house made vegan Ube Halaya.

The heck is Ube Halaya? Essentially it’s a thick n sticky jam like puree made from mashed purple yam, coconut milk and some other top secret ingredients.

Infusing Ube Bay with their Halaya has enhanced the aromatics with layers of marshmallow and candied nuts, adding more depth, body and flavors of coconut and creamy vanilla.

Jolli Beer - Rice Lager conditioned with Peach and Mango Puree. 4.5% ABV.

Jolli returns at Ambitious for AAPI Heritage Month! An original recipe of the @mabrewhaycollective - fellow Filipino American owned So-Cal breweries @brewyardbeerco @fivepointfivebrewing and @ambitiousales.  

This juicy Peach-Mango lager pairs perfectly with a fresh bucket of crispy fried chicken from one of the fastest growing restaurants in the world.

Granpapa - German Style Kölsch. 5.0% ABV.

Some have called it the greatest beer in all z world. We think it’s pretttty nice too. A beautiful light golden hue. Brewed with 100% Weyermann pilsner and wheat, hopped delicately and spunded in the tank (a natural carbonation process, creating smaller more expressive bubbles that lead to a softer, pillowy mouthfeel). A very true German Style Kolsch. Extremely drinkable with subtle fruity esters and a crispy finish!

Our favorite dangerous Archipelago inspired dark lager has been brought back from a brief extinction!

This style is for all the lager lovers and dinosaur enthusiasts who have those crispy cravings. A hint of nuts and toast in the aroma and a touch of caramel on the tongue. Cinco pours a beautiful Amber color like the tree sap Mr. DNA was so excited about!

A non stop thrill ride of a Mexican Style Dark Lager. This one’s not to be consumed in the tall grass.

POSITANO PILS

CIAO! 

Positano Pils - Italian Style Pilsner 5.0% ABV 

A perfectly crisp Pils inspired by the Amalfi Coast. A beautiful lil vacation in a can (or glass.) Dry hopped with Saphir to add an herbal element with a lovely touch of citrus, berry and currant. Bright and refreshing like a perfect beach day.

And guess what? It also makes a great Spaghett with our house made Red Bitter Amaro! Imagine that!

WE LANDED ON THE MOON!

Well… cruised by it this time. And close enough to see a nice lil spaceman slowing down and enjoying some of the finer things in life! A comfy chair, a favorite record, and this delightful Czech Dark Lager.

Smooth, crisp and complex. Boho Spaceman is floating with notes of dried stone fruits, chocolate, molasses, and a delicate roasty finish!

R… You Going To The Mall Later? - Wine Barrel Aged Lychee Sangria Style Ale. 6.0% ABV.

There’s no way we were missing this one… We may not be the best spellers here, but we definetealy want to know if you’re going to the mall this weekend!

R… You Going To The Mall Later is a very limited release thats been sitting in our Red Wine Puncheons waiting for this very moment to shine! Made with a crispy Blonde base and aged for 18 months in our barrels. We added Lychee and Sangria to the base to make this as polished as a spelling bee champ.

We were inspired by classic farmhouse beers for this curious sipper. A sophisticated and complex profile with notes of french oak and white grape, with an added sweetness from the Sangria and Lychee. We’re getting fun natty white wine vibes with a nice tannic finish. This one will be delightful in the Beer Garden!

CRYING WITH SANTA

🎅😭 HO HO NOOOOOO! 😭🎅

Crying With Santa - Triple Hazy IPA Triple Dry Hopped with Citra Dynaboost, Dolcita, Krush, Krush Cyro and Nectaron Cryo. 10.5% ABV.

Nothing transports us back to the mall more than a picture with Ol’ Sandy Claus. We may not have been happy in the moment, may have been scratching and clawing for our mommy, but it’s a pillar of many childhoods and a memory that lasts a lifetime. That jolly fella sure did terrorize a lot of us.

We’re hoping Crying With Santa will form some positive lasting memories and end up on the nice list (unlike that bad boy Ross). With three times the recommended amount of haze, this one will get you feeling nostalgic REAL quick.

We asked Santa for a delicious Triple Hazy IPA recipe and he delivered with this dangerously drinkable tiki-inspired juice bomb. We’re loving the big POG juice flavors and the ultra pale color! This Triple Hazy surprises with a deceptively light body, helping it drink like a normal Hazy but packing a punch bigger than Santa’s belly!

DOUBLE CORNDOGGIN'

A COLLAB WORTH IT’S WEIGHT IN CORNDOGS

Double Corn Doggin’ - West Coast Double IPA double dry hopped with Krush Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra and Motueka Collab with @highlandparkbrewery. 8.2% ABV.

We are truly honored to collab on this Anniversary beer with the kind and insanely talented humans over at @highlandparkbrewery. With a wink to their Hot Doggin West Coast IPA and a nod to our theme this year (and stupidity), we agreed it would be very fitting to base this one around the most iconic mall treat out there…The Majestic Corn Dog. If we’re taking a West Coast and doubling it, we’re going to have to do the same with the Corn Dogs. Just look how happy they are stuck together!

*Double Corn Doggin’ doesn’t have any actual real live Corn Dogs in it*

…but it does have a tasty combination of hops! Incredibly smooth, medium-bodied and carefully balanced. We get massive amounts of grapefruit on the nose accompanied by an entire bowl of citrus that smacks our taste buds. Rounding out with some serious oily hop resin, notes of candied peach and a crispy finish!

Sometimes people come together for the most beautiful reasons, and sometimes they come together for Corn Dogs. We hope you enjoy this treat from us and our friends at @highlandparkbrewery!
