Pandan is a green leaf tropical plant that has milky whifs of vanilla, coconut, and sweet toast. It is commonly used in Southeast Asian desserts, drinks and even savory dishes as well. 

A super fun variant of Central Perk, Pandan Perk is a Palatable Pinoy take on our beloved coffee beer that is truly unique and completes our special releases to celebrate Filipino American History Month.

Jolli Beer is a crafted peach and mango lager inspired by the one and only Peach Mango Pie.

A first for us, a West Coast Pils! This super crusher is packed with the ultimate hoppy punch but with the drinkability of a crispy pils!  Bursting with big notes of Sweet Tropical Fruit from @indiehops Luminosa + @yakimachief Krush, Citrus Punch from @doublerhop Simcoe + @crosbyhops Chinook, and all rounded out with a nice danky undertone! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

Water Yuzu Doin?! - Gose with Yuzu and Watermelon - 5.0% 

Hehe :) This recipe was crafted in collaboration with our wonderful Taproom Team! They joined us on the brew deck and whipped up a fun and tasty treat for ya’ll. This Gose was dosed with Yuzu puree, Yuzu peel, Watermelon (OH YEA) and Watermelon Terpenes. The result is a tart and refreshingly balanced fruited Gose with undertones of coriander and sea salt.   

We are nothing without our FOH Crew and we’re extremely thankful for the service they provide to you. They’re awesome at maintaining a standard of professionalism that fosters kindness, equality, accountability and respect.
