We built this recipe on our favorite style of base malts to let these hops shine! Bursting with aromatic notes of Candied Orange Peel, Currants, and a resinous floral finish! Highly crisp and refreshing, finishing off at 7% ABV

A perfectly crisp Pils dry hopped with Saphir, which adds an herbal element with a lovely touch of citrus, berry and currant. Thirst quenching for this warm weather we’re having! And hey, it also makes a great Spaghett with our house made Red Bitter Amaro!

We’re excited to bring back one of our favorites from last year, but this time in cans too! This one’s for all the old school craft beer enthusiasts who love a classic malt forward profile with subtle roasty-toasty flavors. Finishes real nice, dry, clean and crisp.

This was a fun one! We teamed up with our good buds @riipbeer while bonding over our love for golf and the sandman, we dreamt up All in the HIIPS! Making a WCIPA that was truly a balance of both our house brewing styles. Starting with a super pale malt base to showcase the massive punch of Mosaic and Riwaka we threw in both the kettle and dry hop, then just a kiss of Hop Kief to round it out! Booming with big notes of dankness, pink grapefruit, melon, and fruit from the tropics!

Calling all Ambitious Runners! Are you training for the Long Beach Marathon? Looking for a fun way to meet people? Trying to be more active? Join our sparkly new run club! With the Long Beach Marathon coming up, we decided to host a community run club to help everyone achieve their running and fitness goals. We will host a weekly 5k run every Monday until race weekend. Meet at the brewery at 6PM and start running at 630PM. Come early to socialize and stay late for giveaways! All levels of runners are welcome! Free to join (21+). Smooth, Crisp with hints of complexity. We’re getting balanced notes of dried stone fruits, chocolate, molasses and it finishes with a subtle roast and mild sweetness. It’s quite nice! And it’s now available in cans!

No Chew Needed - Hazy IPA with Simcoe, Rakau, and Maui Nelson Hop Kief 7.2% ABV
This was a fun one to make and our new brewhouse is really starting to shine with this one. Brewed with mountains of malted oats, a healthy dose of Simcoe + Rakau was finished with an experimental Maui Nelson hop kief from our friends @freestylehops. Layered with lots of fun tropical citrus goodness, it’s probably our juiciest hazy to date, it’s straight juice!
