Part hazy and part west coast ⁣IPA, something truly Ambitious that pushes the lines of what IPA can be! Charged with @phantasm.nz derived from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes along with Citra Icognito and dry hopped with liquid Mosaic Spectrum. Dream Tea is extremely approachable packed with notes of Fruit Gushers, Fresh Mango, berries and rounded out with some danky mosaic goodness!

Welp! We went for it, a Saison collab!? We’ve been dreaming up what a fun idea could be for quite some time with our buds @everywherebeerco and why not a double dry hopped saison with some pretty fun euro hops and yeast! We even got our hands on a limited cryo version of Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc to toss in to make this thing punch! Bursting with tons of extra fruity bubblegum, melon and some nice citrus. It’s a hoppy crusher!

Extra Strong Hoppy Lager with Rakau - 6.9% ABV

Inspired by a Filipino classic called Red Horse - an extra strong amber lager. Our take includes a dry hop of Rakau Hop Kief from @freestylehops. The final product is smooth, slightly sweet with hints of stone fruits and orange peels. A perfect lager for the chilly months ahead!

This is a special neighborhood collab with our lovely friends @kubo.lb, @semillitas_learningcommunity & @salacoffeeandwine. Today is @bixbyknolls First Friday and we want to celebrate our cross cultural strengths with y’all, Holiday Block Party Style! AMBITIOUS AMARO

Let’s talk about Amaro! We’re excited to launch a fun and new offering we’ve been working on at the taproom! Introducing Ambitious Amaro; our exploration in making the various styles of the iconic Italian herbal liqueurs. Amaro (Italian) for "bitter") is something we have been into for quite some time, enjoying the likes of Campari, Montenegro, Aperol and many more.

Our first debut will be: “Red Bitter” Amaro - 14% ABV Tasting Notes: Floral, Citrusy, Earthy and Bittersweet

Will be focusing on serving in the Apertivo sense as a Spritz (Sparkling Water with Red Bitter and Orange) or Spaghett (Light Lager (Heartwell) with Red Bitter). But you can also have the option on the rocks or neat.

We plan to expand our offerings overtime and evolve our recipes. Please come and give it a try, let us know what you think! We hope y’all enjoy it as much as we do!

Join us on Saturday, December 9 from 12-5pm for a community event featuring an analog marketplace, a community art gallery, instant film portraits, craft beer, tasty food, and positive vibes.
