We’ve been wanting to collab with our friend and coffee roasting aficionado Roscoe from @sevensyllablescoffee for a long time and we thought what better way than making a Ube Coffee beer during #FAHM.

Ube Kape (ka-pay) has notes of roasted coffee, sweet and nutty Ube, candied fruit, toasted coconut, and vanilla custard.

KŌKUA. One beer, brewed by many, to support those affected by the Maui wildfires.

KŌKUA - Session IPA with Waimea and Mosaic Hops. 4.2% ABV.

The Kōkua project is a global collaboration beer with Maui Brewing Company brewed to support those affected by the Maui wildfire. MBC has partnered with the Global Empowerment Mission, a 501(c)(3) public charity, to raise funds to assist with needs on the ground following the Maui fire disaster. Proceeds from each sale of this will go to the Maui Brewing Co. Fire Fund.

We are thankful to be able to take part in such a project that allows us to brew something to share with others that can directly help those affected by this tragedy.

Kōkua is a wonderfully clean and easy drinking session IPA loaded with bright notes of Pomelo Citrus, Ripe Berries and a Dank Hoppy finish.

So Much Stuff is reminiscent of our house hazy style: full bodied, smooth and juicy. But hits with an old school hop profile showcasing some heavy pine and citrus notes! It’s the best of both worlds!
