Mutants From Table 9 - Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine with Peach, Granola and Vanilla. 12.0% ABV.
For just over 2 years, this barleywine has been aging in a trio of bourbon barrels: 1/3rd Russell’s Reserve + 2/3rds Elijiah Craig. This cute lil Can O’ Mutants is like taking a bite of Peach Cobbler alongside a sip of Bourbon neat. Luscious notes of caramel, molasses, raisins, with hints of peach and vanilla.

Mandrake Falls - West Coast IPA with Motueka, Mosaic and Nelson. 6.8% ABV.
Inspired by the lovely little town where Longfellow calls home, where no trouble befalls and the scenery enthralls. This beer is exploding with Tropical Fruit, Sweet Citrus, Berries and rounds out super dry with a light bitterness. Pairs perfectly with a hot and ready french fry and oreo pizza.

Czech Deck - 12° Czech Style Pilsner. 5.0% ABV.
We’re dropping hammers with our latest Czech Pilz. Made with Floor Malted Bohemian Malt and a gnarly amount of Czech Saaz Hops. This little shredder pops effortlessly with a crispy golden color, setting up an awesome foam, a soft mouthfeel and firm bitterness all backed up with a zesty floral hop character.

GRANDÉ HEFÉ - Hefeweizen conditioned on Oranges and Pineapples. 5.4% ABV.
We first brewed this beer during our home brew days circa 2013! A few of our original homebrew recipes have made the jump to become core beers for us, while others have become recurring taproom favorites. Other ones…not so much! Hefé starts as a well balanced hefeweizen with subtle fruity esters and a healthy amount of wheat malt. We then condition the finished beer on Oranges and round it all out with vibrant pineapple purée. Drinks soft and effervescent with layers of tropical fruit, citrus and spice.

This TDH Triple Hazy IPA was dreamt up in our beautiful group chat with the kind people over at @everywherebeerco. If it wasn’t triple dry hopped or triple hazy it just wasn’t going to work for us. Bursting with notes of dole whip soft serve, fresh squeezed orange juice and peach rings, ROSS packs more bite than the most ferocious Chihuahua.
The long wait for a TDH Triple Hazy IPA collab from us and @everywherebeerco will be totally worth it in the end. You’ll be quick to fall in love with our newest bad boy ROSS.

See You at The Top - West Coast IPA with Mosaic Dynaboost, Mosaic Hyperboost, Mosaic, Citra and Motueka 6.9% ABV
We teamed with our good friends Casey and Graham over @topatopabrewingco to brew this new modern classic WC with a twist! Layered with the salt and pepper of IPA hops we boosted the oil content with Mosaic Dynaboost and Hyperboost while giving it a nice backup of Motueka for some pop! With notes of Candied Orange, A touch of dank and hint of lime this ultra resinous hop forward west coast is sure to please!

Inspired by a Calamansi Cucumber Mint drink, we thought, why not make it in beer form? Mint is a bit tricky to work with so we took the Calamansi Cucumber approach and are excited to share it with you.
For those seeking an acid trip, Magando Mo is sour candy-like, tart, juicy, citrusy with a swoosh of pipino. Beautiful just like you :)

Scuba Steve - XPA brewed with Experimental D5-055 and Mosaic. Collaboration with Hollingbery Hops 5.5% ABV
Our good friend Steve from @hollingberyhops wanted us to brew up a fun hoppy beer with a new varietal being grown in Yakima called D5-055 for this year's harvest. It’s super oily and packed full of tangerine and citrus notes. We paired it up with some very nice Mosaic. The resulting beer is dry, with a firm bitterness and just exploding with juicy orange notes to keep you coming back for more!
