Currently hiring for:
Costa Mesa Taproom Manager (full-time)
Costa Mesa Taproom Servers (part-time)
No brewing experience required. Just enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a passion and knowledge of the craft beer industry!
Requirements for Costa Mesa Taproom Manager:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of restaurant/bar management experience
Be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Great customer service and communication skills
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Passion for craft beer and a solid understanding of the brewing industry and its target audience
Requirements for Costa Mesa Taproom Servers:
2+ years of experience in restaurants/bars/breweries/customer service.
Energetic team player.
Organization savvy and cleanliness oriented.
Passion for craft beer and passion for customer service.
Able to lift, push or pull 30-50 lbs.
Availability to work day shifts and night shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Adapt and work in a fast paced environment.
Able to work in an environment that may be loud, humid, cold or hot.
