Let’s talk about Amaro! We’re excited to launch a fun and new offering we’ve been working on at the taproom! Introducing Ambitious Amaro; our exploration in making the various styles of the iconic Italian herbal liqueurs. Amaro (Italian) for "bitter") is something we have been into for quite some time, enjoying the likes of Campari, Montenegro, Aperol and many more.
Our first debut will be: “Red Bitter” Amaro - 14% ABV Tasting Notes: Floral, Citrusy, Earthy and Bittersweet
Will be focusing on serving in the Apertivo sense as a Spritz (Sparkling Water with Red Bitter and Orange) or Spaghett (Light Lager (Heartwell) with Red Bitter). But you can also have the option on the rocks or neat.
We plan to expand our offerings overtime and evolve our recipes. Please come and give it a try, let us know what you think! We hope y’all enjoy it as much as we do!
