Baktun’s is an Imperial Stout brewed with a heavy dose of roasted malts and cocoa powder. After fermentation we age the stout on dried chilies, coffee and vanilla. Our tribute to the Mayan’s drinking chocolate.

An oude to the Belgian table beer. Light in alcohol, perfect to drink with a meal or by itself. Brewed with chamomile and lavender flowers in the kettle, then conditioned on a massive amount of fresh local strawberries. This is one of our favorites to drink during the spring and summer months.

Our take on the old world German Ale. Brewed with coriander and sea salt, along with generous amount of fresh calamansi juice to make this a thirst
quenching tart delight.

Central Perk starts off as a blonde that is brewed with a touch of wheat and oats. After fermentation we age it on freshly roasted Guatemalan coffee and
Mexican vanilla beans.

Our juicy session IPA brewed with a large amount of flaked oats and rotating hops. We use this beer as a fun way to experiment and learn how a single hop develops in the kettle all the way through dry hopping.
